1:SHIPPING
At SMASH we are pleased to provide all our customers with free shipping! We believe that sport is an extension of your personality and the more you shop, the more tools you have to express yourself.

You may have noticed that we have implemented a new policy that might affect how you qualify for free shipping. The purpose of this policy is to ensure that we treat all our customers equally, whilst keeping our costs manageable
2:GIFT SHIPPING
At SMASH, we keep our shipping fees to a minimum so that you get more bang for your buck! If you spend above a certain amount, you will qualify for free delivery. However, this minimum spend is only applicable after discounts and vouchers have been applied.
3:RETURNS
If an item arrives damaged or faulty then please contact our Customer Care team, who will discuss your return options. We will then send the item to our inspection team who will assess whether a manufacturing fault is present, then depending on the results offer a refund.

Alternatively, you can take your despatch note and the faulty or damaged goods to one of our stores. The team will be happy to assist and send your item off to our distribution centre who will do an inspection, then depending on the results offer a refund.
